In response to the demand we’re received, we’ve taken the decision to launch dedicated suites to accommodate smaller occupiers here on the ground floor at Exchange Station.

Work has already started on the ground floor to provide a selection of small suites ranging from 900 sq ft up to 3,000 sq ft. Take a look at these newly-released computer generated images (CGIs) that show the space. The refurbishment works are scheduled for completion in late October and will also include a dedicated 10-person meeting room.

Brian Ricketts at Hitchcock Wright & Partners, said: “Historically Exchange Station has tended to cater for the larger floor plate occupiers in the market of around 5,000 sq. ft. and above. However, having analysed market demand over the last few years, the figures show that the bulk of requirements is actually from occupiers requiring 500 up to 3,000 sq ft. Traditionally there has been a distinct lack of high quality office space available in a prime location to meet this demand.

“Commerce lies at the core of Exchange Station and whilst the sizeable floor plates will inevitably attract blue-chip and larger organisations, we are keen to design a scheme which is able to accommodate businesses of all sizes. Exchange Station is one of the most prestigious business addresses in the city and this scheme will provide small to medium size businesses the opportunity to occupy high quality, efficient office space within this landmark building.”
